Tim Tebow may not have done much for the Jets on Sunday, but the virgin quarterback still made for entertaining news stories when it was revealed that a 53-year-old man recently assaulted a 17-year-old boy
and then, for unclear reasons, decided to cap the attack off by Tebowing. Because thank the lord for beating pesky kids, y'know?
According to The Smoking Gun, back on August 27 53-year-old David Edward McCosby was driving home in Pennsylvania when a 17-year-old boy riding a lawnmower came out in tho the street in the way of his car. So McCosby got out of the car, walked over to the boy, and allegedly "knocked the juvenile off the lawn mower and assaulted him in the front yard of the residence," according to investigators. And then? According to police, "After the assault, and prior to fleeing the scene, McCosby got onto his knee in what appeared to be a prayer. Witnesses described it as a 'Tebow'."
Here, much better to let the victim tell the tawdry tale:
Moral of the story? Tebowing! Still a thing!
