Three women were found stabbed to death inside a Queens home Friday morning, according to police, and a suspect is still at large.

Shortly before 10 a.m. police said the three women were discovered at a single-family home on 182nd St. near 146th Drive in Springfield Gardens.

The victims included a 68-year-old woman, her 47-year-old daughter, and 26-year-old stepdaughter, according to police.

Family and neighbors lingered outside the confines of police tape near the two-story house Friday afternoon, processing the news.

“It was hard to believe,” said Donna Hewitt, 56, who said she was the cousin of the eldest victim. “But now I see the whole thing, so I know that it's real.”

Hewitt described her cousin as a caring, loving person.

“She's very friendly. She get along well with everybody,” Hewitt said. “She’s a very nice lady.”

Nadine Thomas, 53, a sister of one of the victims, also stood outside the home with other loved ones, teary-eyed. Thomas said her sister was good-natured.

“She was always fun and laughter — high spirits,” Thomas said.

Earlier in the afternoon Mayor Eric Adams visited the scene, though he didn’t make a public statement. On his way out the mayor told reporters, “Our hearts go out to the families.”

A spokesperson for the NYPD told reporters the crime was “an isolated domestic incident and the public is safe.”

This is a developing story and will be updated.

Correction: After this story was published, NYPD corrected the age of the youngest victim. She was 26, according to police.
