The Real Deal is reporting that the cobblestone-laden corner of Manhattan has garnered some recent interest, according to brokers who say "some of their clients are seeking out Seaport-area apartments as an alternative to living in the West Village." Those clients are, apparently, looking at the area as "the Meatpacking District without the nightclubs and the West Village without the celebrities." Sounds like heaven... except for, you know, all those tourists shopping at Abercrombie. [via Curbed]
