A Queens Supreme Court judge approved Cecilia Chang's bail package, but her lawyer says she doesn't want to leave. Chang, at Rikers Island for falsifying $1.3 million in expense claims at St. John's University, denied the bail yesterday, preferring to stay at Rikers and see if the FBI wants to arrest her. Upstanding prisoner ready to accept her punishment, or a crook who is just trying to leech more money out of a different system this time? Maybe she just wants to keep hanging out with Lil Wayne.
