If you can't trust FedEx deliverymen, who can you trust? We ask because we strongly suspect that one former West Village man won't be opening his door for them anymore. Not after three men, one dressed in a FedEx jacket, robbed him in broad daylight last month.

According to the police, the incident occurred on Thompson Street on May 5 around 2 p.m. The suspects, pictured above, knocked on a 34-year-old man's door. When he answered, assuming it was a FedEx delivery, the trio pushed their way inside. According to officials, one of the men smacked the victim with a gun and then they proceeded to rob him of more than $2,000 in cash, an iPhone and some jewelry. They then sped off in a black Ford.

The victim was not injured but, according to the building's landlord, felt he was intentionally targeted and has since moved out. Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
