Investigators are hoping the public can help them identify a suspect accused of exposing himself—and then masturbating—on a train last week.

According to the NYPD, the incident occurred at about 2:30 p.m. on Monday, December 21st when a man exposed and "manipulated his private parts in front of a 43-year-old female victim while on board the northbound 'F' train at the 7 Avenue and 9 Street station."

A photograph of the suspect was released.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers Website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or texting their tips to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.

You can also report any inappropriate subway behavior to the MTA: Here is their website where you can detail the incident, as well upload a photo.
