Police are hoping the public can help them find the person accused of attacking a woman at a Brooklyn subway station.

According to the NYPD, the incident occurred at 5:30 p.m. on May 20th. A 38-year-old woman was waiting for a train at the Pacific Street N train station (which we imagine was the Atlantic Avenue station) "when the suspect suddenly punched the her in the face causing her nose to bleed and face to swell. After striking the victim, the suspect boarded a north bound R train and left the scene."

The victim refused medical attention.

Police released an image of the suspect, describing him as having dreadlocks.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers Website or texting their tips to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
