Police are searching for the suspect who fatally shot a Brooklyn man aboard a Manhattan-bound 3 train Sunday evening as it was approaching the Franklin Avenue-Medgar Evers College stop in Crown Heights.

Officers responded to a 911 call about the shooting around 8:15 p.m. The victim, identified as 45-year-old Richard Henderson, was found with multiple gunshot wounds in his back and shoulder, according to the NYPD.

The Sterling Place resident was transported to Kings County hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
