that a spa, the Liberty Spa, in Jersey City was busted for being a brothel that serviced Wall Street types:
Police say the Liberty Spa in Jersey City was a front for the secret brothel that served thousands of customers who paid up to $500 a visit. Cops got suspicious when they noticed a stream of men in suits going in day after day around lunchtime.
WNBC also reported that though the visits were paid for in cash, police did find some credit card receipts. The Mayor should really look into this - why is NJ siphoning money from NYC based brothels-fronting-as-spas? Gothamist can't wait for the businessmen to claim that they are metrosexuals, going in for their very expensive spa treatments.
