This video, which is from last Wednesday, May 1st, shows the suspect, wearing a striped shirt with a red backpack, walking down a street. On that day, police say he grabbed the buttocks of a seven-year-old girl sitting on her stoop (her 12-year-old sister yelled at him and he ran away) and, hours later, he found a seven-year-old girl in a driveway and "performed a criminal sex act on her."
Police think he is also the man who exposed himself to a 13-year-old girl and followed her in his van for blocks on Thursday, May 2.
The public is again reminded that anyone with information in regards to either of the above crimes is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (5477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577. There is a $12,000 reward for his arrest and conviction.
