The road has not been kind to the Knicks or Nets. The Knicks fell in Chicago, 104-99, while the Nets were defeated by Milwaukee, 105-99.
The Bulls, who have the best record in the league, were led by Derrick Rose, who had 32 points, six rebounds and seven assists. However, the Knicks kept the pressure on his all night—Rose was 12 for 29. The Bulls also had 56 rebounds, over the Knicks' 38. Carmelo Anthony led the Knicks with 21 points and Amare Stoudemire had 20 for the Knicks, but Anthony and Stoudemire only had 7 points in the fourth quarter. Jeremy Lin has 15 points, 8 assists and just (!) 3 turnovers.
In Milwaukee, Kris Humphries' career-best 31 points and 18 rebounds weren't enough to stop the Bucks, whose Brandon Jennings had 34 points, seven assists and seven rebounds. The Nets did lead during the game, but with Deron Williams out, they couldn't hold on.
