We like the Bumble Bee Tuna song as much as the next guy, just not this next guy. Because Lee Porrazzo of White Plains? He really loves his tuna. Thinking it was the "cleanest source of protein" around he ate it nearly every day, reportedly consuming 538 pounds of the stuff in 33 months. Naturally, having never heard of Jeremey Piven, he proceeded to get mercury poisoning and is suing the canning company. But the Bee is stinging back, arguing it isn't their fault when their product is "abnormally overconsumed."
