A 77-year-old Holocaust survivor is claiming in a federal lawsuit that an NYPD officer punched him in the face during a traffic stop on the Long Island Expressway. In the court documents obtained by the Post, Miklos Muller admits that in November he ran a red light on Woodhaven Boulevard and was pulled over moments later on the LIE. “They flashed their lights and I pulled over to the side . . . One cop started screaming at me, ‘You almost killed me,’ and punched me through the open window," Muller says.
Muller avoided being deported to a concentration camp during the Nazi regime by going into hiding, and claims that the handcuffs the NYPD placed on him were too tight. “I was in pain. They treated me like a criminal.”
