Here's what else is happening:
- Former President Joe Biden reemerged last night to attend the opening night of "Othello" on Broadway. (It's apparently bad.)

- Private equity and white-shoe law firms have kept Park Avenue an extremely desirable and expensive place to rent office space.
- Paterson, New Jersey is using a state grant to convert a notorious old strip club into a 10-unit affordable housing complex with a ground-level restaurant.
- Welcome to Long Island, 113-year-old Sadar Khatoon.
