It’s Thursday afternoon in New York City, where the NYPD is facing two lawsuits accusing officers of unconstitutionally seizing vehicles to extract info from car owners.
Here’s what else is happening:
- The NYC Bird Alliance will be on duty tonight to make sure birds don’t get lost in the 9/11 tribute lights.
- You have until Monday to taste a pepperoni and hot honey ice cream sundae brought to you by Prince Street Pizza and Milk Bar.
- The NYC Parks Department rejected the Trump Organization’s bid to reclaim operations at Wollman Rink in Central Park.
- Casinos in Atlantic City are still the only places in New Jersey where you can smoke indoors. NJ.com tested the air quality in the state’s nine casinos and found out it was really bad.
- Police in Cape May are searching for two men who stole a Humpty Dumpty statue from a mini golf course Sunday.
- “Bring It On” won’t be getting a reboot, at least not one featuring Kirsten Dunst.
- This third-generation NYC lightbulb seller can help you find banned bulbs.
- And finally, heated debate:
That's the laziest argument I've ever seen #Dogs #Dogsky #Dog #Animals
