Good Friday afternoon in New York City, where the weather is going to be just as nasty tomorrow.
Here's what else is happening:
- Mayor Eric Adams is technically running for reelection under the ballot line, "Safe Streets, Affordable City," but that won't actually appear on ballots because it runs past the character limit.
- Luxury developers are putting day cares in their buildings.
- Who will inherit Robert Durst's $37 million fortune: His widow, Debbie Charatan, or the family of his first wife, Kathie McCormack Durst, whom he allegedly murdered in 1982?
- "We killing u for Ivana Trump. God said hi," "We coming 4 you," "Illuminati," "777" and other cryptic phrases were tagged on buildings near the late Ivana Trump's Upper East Side townhouse.
- For the rest of the month, if you buy a leather bag at a Marc Jacobs store, they'll paint a little portrait of your pet dog on it.
- They did Alt-J dirty.
- Young people in Paris are jogging.
- Young people in New York are raving in a sauna.
