- Four Palestinian children who are suffering from malnutrition or severe injuries landed at JFK Airport yesterday to be transferred to American hospitals.
- Meanwhile in Gaza, U.N. officials said the Israeli military has now partially or completely destroyed more than 85% of schools in the enclave, likely setting back education for Palestinian children for years.
- New York Road Runners, the organization behind the TCS New York City Marathon and the RBC Brooklyn Half, is suing NYCRUNS, the organization behind a different Brooklyn half marathon, for allegedly misleading runners who thought they were signing up for the Road Runners race.
