- In other unappetizing news: Hillshire Farm recalled 15,000 pounds of its smoked sausage in seven states (New York included) for possibly containing bone fragments.
- I can't believe men actually think about the Roman Empire this much.
- The U.S. military wants you…to help them find a missing $80 million F-35 Lightning II jet that went missing over South Carolina after the pilot ejected for unclear reasons.
- Need a cake for your next occasion? Curbed ranked the best shops to buy one in New York City.
- And for another ranking: New York is home to 11 of the country’s top 100 colleges. Three of the colleges on the list happen to be SUNY schools.
- During an interview with The Trace, a dozen MTA train conductors and operators said the agency’s active shooter training is inadequate and they feel ill prepared in the event of a shooting.
- A mobile candy truck is something I could’ve used in my childhood.
- A trial is commencing in the case of a man who is accused of ordering a hit against a former employee of his property development company who quit and took several high-paying clients with him.
- And finally, life is better with friends:
