As if the snow outside isn't enough to make you want to crawl in bed with a bottle of arsenic wine, this weekend's bringing a usual funbag full of subway service changes (and Sunday is the fare hike!). WHEN CAN WE BIKE AGAIN, WHEN.

Here's what's on tap this weekend:

The 1 train will make express stops on the Bronx-bound track between 96th and 137 Streets, starting at 11:45 p.m. Friday and ending at 5 a.m. on Monday. South Ferry-bound 1 trains will make express stops between Van Cortlandt Park-242nd Street and 215th Street, starting at 3:45 a.m. on Saturday and ending at 10 p.m. on Sunday. Trains on both tracks will run every 16 minutes between 137th Street and 242nd Street; those changes are in place from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, and some Bronx-bound trains will terminate at 137th Street.

Bronx-bound 4 trains will make express stops between Grand Central-42nd Street and 125th Street from 11:45 p.m. on Friday to 6 a.m. on Sunday, and again from 11:45 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. on Monday. On the Brooklyn-bound track, 4 trains will run local between Grand Central-42nd Street and Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall, starting at 12:01 a.m. Saturday and ending at 5 a.m. on Monday. The 5 will make local stops between Grand Central-42nd Street and Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall on the Bowling Green-bound track, with those changes in effect from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday; the 5 will run every 20 minutes during that period. As for the 6 train, Bronx-bound tracks will run express between Grand Central=42nd Street and 125th Street, and Brooklyn Bridge-bound trains will make express stops between Pelham Bay Park and Parkchester, starting at 11:45 p.m. on Friday and ending at 5 a.m. on Monday.

As usual, the 7 train will not run between Queens and Manhattan this weekend, with suspensions in both directions between Times Square-42nd Street and Hunters Point Avenue. That fun is in effect from 2:15 a.m. on Saturday to 4:30 a.m. on Monday. Flushing-Main Street bound 7 trains will make express stops between Queensboro Plaza and 74th Street-Broadway, starting at 3:45 a.m. Saturday and ending at 10 p.m. Sunday.

The A train will run express between Canal Street and 59th Street-Columbus Circle on the Inwood-207 Street bound track. That change is in effect from 11:45 p.m. on Friday until 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, and again from 11:45 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. on Monday. From 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday, A trains will not run in either direction between Ozone Park-Lefferts Boulevard and Rockaway Boulevard, and Howard Beach/Far Rockaway-bound trains will skip 88th Street. C trains will run express between Canal Street and 59th Street-Columbus Circle on the 168th Street-bound track, from 6;30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. E trains will make express stops between Canal Street and 34th Street-Penn Station on the Jamaica Center-Parsons Archer bound strack, and WTC-bound E trains will make local stops between Forest Hills-71st Avenue and Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue; those changes are in effect from 11 p.m. on Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.

The D train will make local stops on both tracks between West 4th Street-Washington Square and 34th Street-Herald Square, starting at midnight on Saturday and ending at 5 a.m. on Monday. Norwood-205th Street bound D trains will make local stops between 36th Street and DeKalb Avenue during that period. The F will make local stops between Forest Hills-71st Avenue and Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue on the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue bound track, starting at 11 p.m. on Friday and ending at 5 a.m. on Monday.

On that same track, F trains will skip Lexington Avenue-63rd Street, starting at 9:45 p.m. on Friday and ending at 5 a.m. on Monday.
