Good Monday morning in New York City, where a developer is trying to build a combination casino complex-democracy museum.

Here's what else is happening:

• New York City could lose 80,000 homes to flooding by 2040, according to a new report.
• "New Yorkers deserve a mayor with good character," writes Errol Louis.
• Daniel Penny over the weekend walked in a charity fashion show called "Dress to Kilt." (He wore a kilt.)
• A lawyer for Bathhouse, the Williamsburg spa that's been accused online of giving someone a UTI, said the infected person probably got it from having sex (not at the spa).
• Congrats to the UConn women's basketball team on its national championship.
• Congrats to this MTA bus driver on his nuptials.
• Will Smith and LL Cool J, both in their late 50s, just released new rap albums.
• These turtles, now about 100 years old, just became first-time parents.
