Five people were charged with violating COVID-19 regulations after deputies busted an illegal party in Tribeca on Friday night, according to NYC Sheriff Joseph Fucito.
Deputies saw more than 123 people inside of a residential building at 1 Harrison Street drinking alcohol, smoking marijuana, and not wearing masks, according to the sheriff. Around 11 p.m. deputies watched at least 40 people enter the residence, described as an illegal bottle club.
Five people were arrested, including alleged party host Kurt David, 30, of Roslyn, New York. He was charged with selling alcohol to minors, unlawfully dealing with children, and violating emergency orders. He was fined $15,000 for failure to protect health and safety.
An apparently intoxicated 17-year-old partier had to be taken to a downtown hospital after he fell down a flight of stairs, according to Sheriff Fucito. The teenager told authorities he had purchased drinks at the party.

Two New York City DJs—32-year-old Alberto Mammarella and 45-year-old Kazutoshi Sakuma—as well as bartender Samira Said, 24, of Whitestone, and another worker Nicolas Mora, 29, of Brooklyn, were arrested and issued desk appearance tickets. Deputies also allegedly found Mora with 24 individually wrapped packets of marijuana.
On February 28th, deputies shut down a party at the same location in which more than 200 people packed into a room, mostly maskless.
