Police are looking for three men who allegedly punched an elderly man unconscious in the Bronx last week and robbed him of his Android phone, leaving him passed out in the roadway. The 62-year-old victim was reportedly attacked outside of his home.

The three suspects ran at their elderly victim around 9:30 p.m. last Thursday near the corner of East 220th Street and Bronx Park East in Williamsbridge, according to the NYPD. Surveillance footage shows two of the men punching the victim to the ground while a third stands by straddling his bicycle. The third man grabs something off of the ground before running out of the frame.

According to the police, the suspects got away with some cash from the victim's wallet, in addition to his cellphone. They left the older man's bicycle, as well as his shoes, which can be seen strewn on the sidewalk.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
