Police officer Georgios Mastrokostas of the 70th Precinct has been stripped of his badge after being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a girl from the time she was 13. The girl, now 17, recently told authorities of the relationship, and Deputy Inspector Kim Royster told the Post, "We are investigating the allegation internally. He was placed on modified duty." The papers says it's unclear how the two met, though Mastrokostas had been assigned to patrol the girl's neighborhood. In February a cop was arrested for repeatedly having sex with a girl over five years, starting at the time she was 10.
