If you need a nice bright no-fee apartment you should consider looking in ChiBeCa. I am a licensed real broker and yes this is a real neighborhood—don’t trust me? Fine don’t trust me trust this real newspaper story from a newspaper in ChiBeCa.

“The Rise of ChiBeCa” see? Why would paper lie?

That area of northeast Tribeca, which folks occasionally call ChiBeCa (referring to an overlap of Chinatown and Tribeca), is on fire.

Lucky for you the renter this is one of those hidden fires, burning so deep that no one else can see but you and me, your broker. Also the people who see this ChiBeCa paper. The important thing is that the fire is still small, small and hot and still full of deals and steals.

Right now though ChiBeCa is still gritty/charming. There is a hotel conversions at 396 Broadway and even 88 Walker, so soon your parents will have a place to sleep when they visit you in your ChiBeCa loft!

A Todd Merrill furniture gallery is opening up on 80 Lafayette (the heart of ChiBeCa) and you can text Todd and ask him because I got him his first ChiBeCa loft (he lives in SoLoSide now).

Basically this place has everything you need—dappled with sun, steps from excitement, air conditioner-ready, separate bathroom, and best of all no-fee (maybe there's low fee I need to run $300 credit check first).

Look you can either sign right now or someone else is going to sign today okay? New York is crazy like that but everyone does it okay?
