A 20-year-old Brooklyn man who was arrested two years ago for mugging a 76-year-old in a wheelchair is in trouble with the law again this week. Cops say Cody Santiago groped a woman on the subway.

Santiago is accused of rubbing his groin against a 27-year-old woman on Thursday afternoon while aboard a 5 train in Union Square. Cops say this is one of 10 arrests (including several sex-related arrests) Santiago's racked up since the 2011 incident, in which he stole the wheelchair-bound senior's purse that contained medication and $15.

At the time, Santiago, who lives in Bushwick with his family, said he regretted the wheelchair theft, and wanted to get his "life back on track." He was arraigned on sex abuse charges yesterday.
