A 35-year-old man was stabbed to death in the Bronx on Saturday night.
Police responded to a 911 call just before 10 p.m., reporting the man, later identified as Ramon Vasquez from the Bronx, had been attacked across the street from a gas station on Webster Avenue, less than a mile from the NYPD’s 52 Precinct Headquarters and the New York Botanical Garden.
Police found the man unconscious and unresponsive. He was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The investigation remains ongoing, and police said no arrests had been made as of Sunday morning.
