A 15-year-old boy was shot in the head early Tuesday morning at the Albany Houses, a NYCHA complex in Brooklyn, according to police.
The shooting happened around 4 a.m. at 1414 Bergen St. in Crown Heights, in the 77th Precinct, police said.
EMS took the teen to Kings County Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, police said. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing, according to police.
The shooting comes as police continue to investigate a separate gun violence incident involving a teenager. Saturday evening, a Connecticut teen was fatally shot at a public housing complex in the Bronx.
That case also remains under investigation, according to police.
