(Courtesy of the restaurant)

For An Old School Seder: Capsouto Frères (212-966-4900)
In Brief: Capsouto Frères in TriBeCa has been offering its take on Passover for nearly a quarter century, pulling a varied crowd of regulars and newcomers. The restaurant may be French but the seders are authentic Sephardic (if nonkosher) with a cantor and all.
Price: $150 contribution to the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee per person. When Can They Seat You? The first night seder is full, but they still have some room at the April 19 second night seder. Starts at 6:30 p.m..

They won't be offering services, but you are encouraged to perform any ceremony you'd like.
Price: $50 per person.
When Can They Seat You? There are still some later seatings available on the first and second nights. And if you want to really celebrate the multi-night holiday they've also got space available for the third night, Wednesday, April 20.
