New York City Beer Week is here, and WQXR is in a New York state of mind!

This next Classical Beer Jam is Thursday, February 28th, and it's all about the Big Apple with music and craft beer from New York City!

WQXR has teamed up with five local breweries—Sixpoint, Strong Rope, Alewife, Kelso and Big Alice—and local artists like Aaron Diehl, John Holiday, Imani Winds and Jack Quartet to share a night of tastings and celebrating music written in and inspired by the city we love. There's nothing that brings people together like great music and great beer!

Hosted by WQXR's Matt Abramovitz. Presented in partnership with the NYC Brewers Guild.

February 28th, at The Greene Space (44 Charlton Street near Varick Street). Tickets are $30 each and includee 5 tastings (must be 21+ years old and show valid ID). Please note: Limited seating available on first-come, first-served basis. More details here.
