People get tattoos of the darndest things, but still, this tat that New York Shitty recently spotted in the wild is worth noting! Yes, people, that is R2D2 stylized as the Virgin of Guadalupe being held up by C3PO. And yes, it is awesome.

So why exactly would a guy get such a Tatoo-ine (we're not even going to talk about the fact people are wearing shorts in December)? The answer, according to the man whose right calf will forever be a shrine to George Lucas, is a simple one: "I decided I didn’t have any tattoos that were nerdy enough."

We applaud you, random tattooed guy. Now if only somebody can persuade Rex Ryan to get for his next tattoo a picture of Chewbacca Tebowing.
