Salad eaters are already a blemish on the name of good food, their sad bits of romaine and kale making a mockery out of real meals like pizza or bison leg. But it's one thing to munch on lettuce in the privacy of your own home or shame your coworkers with a $14 Sweetgreen offering—it's quite another to take up three seats on the subway so you can consume your vegetables in the lap of luxury.
A tipster spotted the saladspreader pictured above on a B train, and while it doesn't look very crowded (is the B ever crowded?), claiming three seats for your own person is quite egregious in any capacity. Eating on the subway is also a no-no, though if you must dine al metro, at least bring your own table.
