Here Are The Street Closures For Sunday's LGBTQ Pride Parade

Tomorrow is the big Heritage of Pride March (also known as the Pride Parade), which steps off at noon at Fifth Avenue and 36th Street and heads down into the Village. Below, you can find the street closures, which start at 11 a.m., for the parade's formation, route, dispersal and festival.
Three grand marshals will lead the parade: Jazz Jennings, the 15-year-old honorary co-found er of Transkids Puple Rainbow Foundation; Subhi Nahas, a Syrian refugee who co-founded the first LGBT magazine in Syria, Mawaleh; and Cecilia Chung, LGBT and HIV/AIDS activist. And on the lead float will be Barbara Poma and Neema Bahrami, the owner and entertainment manager of Pulse, the gay nightclub in Orlando where a massacre occurred two weeks ago. The events in Orlando also mean that this year's march will also feature more NYPD presence, as well as some rainbow police cruisers.

Dispersal:
Greenwich Street between W.11th Street and Leroy Street
Miscellaneous:
5th Avenue between 8th Street and Washington Mews
Bleecker Street between Christopher Street and W.10th Street
Festival:
Hudson Street between Bethune Street and West 14th Street
West 13th Street between 9th Avenue and West 4th Street
Google Maps will be providing parade information too—if you open up Google Maps on your smartphone, you'll see an option at the bottom for "NYC Pride March" and the route will come up.
