OMG, guys, O. M. G. Not only did Barack Obama finally take down Osama bin Laden but now, thanks to an off-the-cuff promise he made to the 14-year-old daughter of a 9/11 victim, some lucky young ladies may be able to meet the haircut himself, Justin Bieber. At least that is what the pop star's Twitter is implying!

Last week when Obama visited Ground Zero for the first time he publicly met Payton Wall, who lost her father on September 11, and her family. As you probably know by now, Wall and her friend Madison Robertson, who also lost her father on 9/11, wrote to the POTUS after being inspired by Bieber's movie Never Say Never (out on DVD tomorrow!). When Bieber didn't respond to tweet that Wall sent she wrote the President, who promptly invited Wall and her family to last week's ceremony.

When they met the President told Wall that he "knows Justin" and that he would help arrange a meeting between the two. Something which Daily Intel understandably doubted last week. But lo and behold! Today the Biebs tweeted that he was "pretty sure President @BarackObama will keep this promise." And the Internet promptly lost its shit.

So now Wall will (most likely) get to meet her pop idol. Which is great, but, as she said last week, meeting Bieber isn't the only reason she wrote a letter to the leader of the free world: "I just don't want it to seem like I only wrote the letter to meet Justin Bieber. I did it to honor my father. My father is the reason that we all came together today. I miss and love him and don't go a day without thinking about him."

FWIW, Wall's initial Tweet to Bieber in February was "@justinbieber hey! I have an awful life story and without your music idk if i could have survived. do you think i could send you a letter?"
