[Update: The event is now sold out!] Gothamist's first ever trivia night goes down in less than a week on October 2nd and we are PUMPED! We'll be taking over the Bell House next Wednesday with our friends at TrivWorks to dish out some exciting NYC trivia. We still have a few tickets available We're excited to report that the event is sold out!

Need more incentive than bragging rights among fellow Gothamist readers? Expect some very special surprise guests with important ties to the Gothamist community. We've also got some sick prizes for our overall trivia winners, as well as runner up prizes for 2nd and 3rd place teams.

Our friends at BBC America put together a dope prize package with DVDs, t-shirts and even a lamp from cult favorite TV show Doctor Who. We've also got passes to the CBGB Festival, bowling nights at the city's best venues, delicious treats from Fairway Market, drinks at some fancy restaurants, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? prize packages and much more to be announced at the event!

We've also got an incredibly fitting reward for our Grand Prize: everyone on the 1st Place team wins a year long membership to NYC's fantastic Citi Bike bike share program, with second and third place teams scoring week-long and day-long passes, respectively. Your blue chariots await you!

Oh, and did we mention you can also win CRONUTS? Boom.
