On the heels of an alleged subway brake bandit's arrest for wreaking havoc on commutes, police are now looking for someone accused of "creating hazardous conditions" at a Brooklyn subway station.
The incident took place at around 12:31 a.m. on May 9th, inside the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center station. According to the NYPD, a man "intentionally placed debris on the northbound rails of the 'D' train line causing a hazardous condition."
It's unclear what the objects were or if a transit worker removed the items, but the police say there were were no injuries or property damage as a result of this incident. Authorities say the suspect is wanted for reckless endangerment and shared video of him:
Anyone with information in regard to the identity of this male is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crimestoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM, on Twitter @NYPDTips or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
