Experience Cocktails, Dim Sum, and Dreams at Fung Tu on the Lower East Side on Monday. Mixologists who've worked at Mace and The Nomad bar will be serving a special menu of cocktails ($13) for the evening including the "Spring Festival" (Toasted Almond infused Campari, Lime, Grapefruit, Rosewater, Champagne, Cherry Blossom Garnish) and "Walk-Off" (Milk punch with Plantation Pineapple rum, Citadel Gin, Pineapple, Raspberry, Coconut, Baking Spices). The restaurant recommends ordering one of their dim sum items as an accompaniment, like the Sweet & Sour Chicken Wings or Chicken & Chive Siu Mai.

Take Tuesday afternoon to Dine Around Downtown at the annual event at 28 Liberty Plaza, now in its 20th year. From 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. There are over 35 Lower Manhattan restaurants who'll be on-site selling food, including debut offerings from Parm (Parm Signature Sandwich Bite), Blue Smoke (Alabama White Wings, Texas Brisket Burnt Ends, NOLA Beignet) and The Tuck Room (Mini Lobster Rolls, Double Chocolate Donut Holes with Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream). Dishes cost between $3 - $7.

New York State's blossoming craft alcohol industry is the focus of a Taste NY Experience at Pier A Harbor House in Battery Park. The evening tasting event celebrates these local producers of cider, wine, beer and spirits from New York City, the Finger Lakes, Long Island, Hudson Valley, Capital Region and Western New York. There will be over 50 producers in attendance, plus food purveyors from New York including Orwasher's, Mercer’s Wine Ice Cream and Seaway Trail Honey. GA tickets $75 with $125 VIP tickets that include a cocktail demo by The Dead Rabbit’s Melissa Markert.

Learn more about Williamsburg and Greenpoint's Polish communities at MOFAD's The Vodka Contract: Rediscovering Vodka in the Heart of Polish Brooklyn event on Thursday. The evening will explore how curator Elizabeth Koszarski-Skrabonja's father brought three Polish vodka's to the community and will also offer a glimpse into local history—and food! Nearby restaurants Le Fond and Karczma will be supplying some traditional Polish food while Joel Lee Kulp of The Richardson/Grand Ferry Tavern will serve The Kościuszko Bridge cocktail made with Zubrówka (bison grass vodka). Tickets $30.
