A man who was arrested for masturbating in the Lincoln Tunnel while standing outside his van was also high on PCP, according to Port Authority cops who busted him. In related news, the bar for your "crazy weekend" just got (perhaps) unreachably high.

According to NJ.com, Ismael Esquilin, 48, was arrested after he stopped his minivan halfway through the Lincoln Tunnel at about 7:15 p.m. on Thursday night. When cops came upon Esquilin, he was allegedly standing up in the van and masturbating.

Esquilin allegedly admitted to cops that he'd smoked PCP, and officers also said they found crack in the van. Esquilin was hit with drug possession, driving under the influence of drugs, reckless driving and impeding traffic charges, according to the News.
