Burgeoning vegan chain by Chloe begins its next chapter tomorrow, opening a new outpost in Williamsburg, its fourth in New York City and first outside of Manhattan. Located on North 3rd Street off Bedford Avenue, the chain joins other local and more corporate entities like Parm and Whole Foods in opening a location in Condoburg. Expect an announcement from Shake Shack imminently.
Specials for the new location include a Mushroom Avocado Toast with oyster mushrooms, garlic oil and parsley; Cashew Cream of Broccoli with croutons and tofu sour cream; and Toasted Cauliflower Chimichurri. Most exciting of all, however, is their off-menu "'Burg BLT," which employs the restaurant's mind-blowing mushroom "bacon" along with lettuce, tomato, avocado and chipotle aioli on seven grain toast.
Next up: by Chloe will be taking its talents to 1 Rockefeller Plaza.
