Morning commutes are rarely peaceful, what with the exhaustion and crush of human bodies and infernal delays and whatever the hell even happens with the F train. But the below timelapse, taken from the point-of-view of a 7 train operator during Tuesday morning's commute, makes the whole thing seem surprisingly idyllic—perhaps that's why conductors and operators seem so calm while informing the rest of us that our trains are being held briefly because of "train traffic ahead of us." JUST TELL US WE'RE GOING TO BE FUCKING TRAPPED FOR HOURS, WE CAN HANDLE THE TRUTH, PANIC IS GOOD FOR THE SOUL.
