One suspect connected to Monday's fatal rush hour shooting near Penn Station, which left one man dead and two others injured, is now in police custody. Vincent Arcona, 27, was picked up by cops after he walked into Bronx Lebanon Hospital early Thursday seeking medical attention.

According to the Post, Arcona used a fake name in the hospital, but doctors recognized him after they found his EBT card with his real name on it. Arcona has not officially been charged as of 3:45 p.m. Thursday, according to a police spokesperson.

The incident was sparked around 6:15 a.m. Monday by an argument that began at the "zombie" McDonalds located on Eighth Avenue near West 35th Street. The argument spilled out onto the sidewalk and a shooter started firing, striking Angel Quinones 43; William Lamboy, 45; and Eddie Torres, 48. All three men ran into the A/C/E subway entrance at the corner of West 35th. Quinones died in the station, while Lamboy and Torres were taken to Bellevue for their injuries.

Quinones, Lamboy and Torres were all addicts and were receiving treatment at West Midtown Medical Group, across the street. One witness, P.J. Basile, told the Times that "he recognized the three victims from the methadone clinic. He said the three were talking with another group that included a former client of the clinic and the gunman."

After the shooting, Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce called the area an "active narcotics location." He noted that police have made 52 drug-related arrests so far this year in front of and inside that McDonald's.

The Post claims that a police source says Arcona allegedly "lured three men out of a McDonald’s Monday after telling them that they were not welcome on his crew’s drug dealing territory." Police are still looking for Arcona’s alleged accomplice, 22-year-old Francisco Alsina.
