The current Google street view outside Harlem's 28th Precinct depicts a fun grab-bag of bike lane obstructions, but the prize surely must go to the heap of garbage dumped right there in the middle of it. The message couldn't be more clear if they'd sculpted it into the shape of a middle finger.
