New Yorkers rejoice for the return of the Chef One 2015 NYC Dumpling Festival!

This year's event, celebrating the first-annual National Dumpling Day, will feature potstickers, pierogies, ravioli and other dumplings from around the world! Admission is free, and a $20 tasting ticket gets you four sample tastings from participating booths.

2015 also marks the 12th Annual Chef One Dumpling Eating Contest, but this year's event has a special guest judge: decorated competitive eater Takeru Kobayashi.

If that's not enough for you, there'll also be a giant dumpling cutting ceremony (!), a walking Dumpling Mama mascot (!!!), delicious food/drinks, live cultural performances, a dumpling making class, and raffle draws (including a grand prize of two round-trip tickets courtesy of Delta Airlines). See you Saturday!
