Police are looking for a suspect who attempted to rob six banks on Thursday and Friday. However, only one bank actually gave him money.

On Thursday, September 10th, police say he struck three banks in a half hour. Each time, he rode "to the incident location on a bicycle and [displayed] a note demanding cash:"

1: On Thursday, September 10, 2015 at approximately 0937 hours, the suspect entered the Chase Bank, located at 225 5th Avenue, but fled with no proceeds.

2: On Thursday, September 10, 2015 at approximately 0940 hours, the suspect entered the Chase Bank, located at 386 Park Avenue South, but fled with no proceeds.

3: On Thursday, September 10, 2015 at approximately 1003 hours, the suspect entered the Ponce DeLeon Bank, located at 319 1st Avenue, and removed $1000 in cash.

Here's video from one of those incidents:

Then on Friday, he went to three more banks in an hour:

4: On Friday, September 11, 2015 at 0908 hours, the male entered the Apple Bank, located at 371 7 Avenue, but left the location empty handed.

5: On Friday, September 11, 2015 at 0918 hours, the male entered the Valley National Bank, located at 295 5 Avenue, but left the location empty handed.

6: On Friday, September 11, 2015 at 1003 hours, the male entered the Capital One Bank, located at 991 3 Avenue, but left the location empty handed.

The suspect is described as being approximately 5'7" and in his mid 30's, with a thin build and pointy nose. The suspect also has a tattoo on his left ankle and on his right calf. The videos also show him in sunglasses and a Yankees cap.

Anyone with information in regards to these incidents is asked to call Crime stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577.
