And now for the stoned ice cream truck driver story your Tuesday morning deserves: A 24-year-old man was arrested in Clarence, New York on Friday for acting belligerently on the job, screaming at kids from inside his truck and wearing nothing but his underoos.

Officials responded to the bizarre scene and arrested Ryan Duff, who they quickly ascertained was on drugs. He refused to cooperate with testing, though a "drug recognition expert" confirmed that yes, indeed, this is a Drug Situation.

As Scott Zylka with the Erie County Sheriff's Office put it: "Anytime that you have an individual out in public, dealing with children or just the general public, and all of a sudden they're stripped down to their underwear—that's going to raise a few eyebrows, and it certainly did with us."

Reports don't indicate what Duff was high on, but my guess is whip-its or the toxic fumes from his Lifelike Billy Corgan Mask™.
