Spanish Harlem's exemplary taco spot Taco Mix has expanded to Brooklyn! The tiny (mostly) takeout spot opened an outpost inside the Industry City Distillery's tasting room today, reports Eater. Not that there aren't already excellent tacos in Sunset Park.
The al pastor tacos are the go-to order uptown, where the spinning meat on a stick beckons through the window. The owner says the menu would be similar but "abbreviated," which is fine with us as long as there's pork to be had. And if the DIY containers of dried chilies, pickled onions and peppers made the move as well, all will be right with the world.
