Will 2015 be the summer of the night market? Another after hours market is coming to Williamsburg this Friday with the Taiwanese Night Market, which takes over events space Villain from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. There, sample dishes like Taiwanese style dan dan noodles from Han Dynasty, Stinky Tofu from Outerborough, Pig Ear Salad from Mira Izakaya and Hot Dumplings from Ah Pou Dumplings, among others.

Unlike other market-style events, each attendee is guaranteed a plate from each of the vendors, so there's no fear of sell-outs before you get to the Taiwanese Shaved Ice. Also on hand: brews from Tiger Beer and Taiwan Beer, plus other festive nighttime activities. Tickets $40

Nepal is still reeling from the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck in late April, and the second quake that further devastated the area in mid-May. Help fund relief efforts in the affected regions by downing as many momos—traditional Nepalese dumplings—as you can next Tuesday at the Momos for Nepal event at Brooklyn Brewery. The brewery—along with co-sponsors Smorgasburg, The Brooklyn Kitchen and Porchetta/Porsena—are bringing in seven restaurants plus the famed Jackson Heights Momo Makers to supply an all-you-can-eat momo experience plus all-you-can-drink brews.

The selection includes Five Spice Chicken Momos (Red Farm), Lamb Stuffed Momos (Porchetta), Brisket Momos (Mighty Quinn's), Mr. Curry Momos (Saltie) and a whole lot more. Tickets for the gorgefest run $50 per person, with ALL proceeds going to Direct Relief, which is providing emergency medical supplies to the Himalayas.
