Who needs Avengers: Age Of Ultron when we already have Manhattan: Age Of Unaffordability playing every day? Even if the needle has swung ever so slightly down since 2014's historic rental price highs, Manhattan isn't getting cheap anytime soon. Breaking it down by neighborhood is just as sobering as breaking it down by judgmental map. The rent is too damn high and even Jimmy McMillan has seemingly given up the fight in order to deal with his own eviction process.

Thrillist has concocted the latest way to classify and analyze the unaffordability gap of Manhattan: a map of the borough that plots out the median rent per bedroom near every Manhattan subway stop.

Just click on the map below to see it enlarged.

If you combine this map with the map that shows the evolution of the subway and the judgmental map of Manhattan, we hear you can totally trip out on the next wave of gentrification, man.
