The police are hoping the public can helping them identify the suspect wanted for a forcible touching incident that occurred last year—and the victim was a woman who completed the NYC Marathon had been jogging.
According to the NYPD, on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at 12:15 p.m., the 29-year-old runner was waiting for the light to change at Fifth Avenue and West 37th Street when the "unidentified suspect squeezed [her] buttocks... The victim turned around to confront the suspect when he then squeezed her breast. While fighting his advances the victim sustained a laceration to her left hand."
Police say the suspect fled southbound on Fifth Avenue, but a witness was able to take a photograph of him. He is described as being 5'8" and 190 pound and was last seen wearing a blue winter bubble jacket with brown patches on the elbows, a white shirt under his jacket, and blue jeans.
