The greatest character on GIRLS has always been Alex Karpovsky's Ray, with his whip smart lexical lashings that have expertly taken down every character on the show. This season, however, he's disengaged from any social circle for the most part, and has now aimed his judgmental righteousness at New York City as a whole.

Teetering perfectly between crazed, reclusive community member and outspoken, fed up New Yorker, Ray Ploshansky is All Of Us in the below clip—watch as he storms out of his apartment to address one of the city's most loathsome creatures: the Horn Honker.

"Good morning sir, hello... roll down your window. I just want to say this honking you've chosen to engage in, it's not going to get you off the block any faster. You know that, right? It's not serving any purpose whatsoever. It's not helping you, it's not helping me. So I'm appealing to you neighbor to neighbor about our noise pollution problem."

Ray Ploshansky For Mayor.
