The cop driving the patrol car from which another officer tumbled yesterday has been suspended pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
A perplexing video shows a cop clinging to and subsequently falling from the car near the 70th precinct station house in Kensington, Brooklyn, though it's still unclear why the officer was there in the first place. The injured officer remains in stable condition, and the driver has been stripped of his badge and gun.
Michelle Bistrova told ABC7 that she saw the accident scene as she was heading to work, but didn't realize it involved cops.
"I think it's pretty bad given what's going on in the world, in America especially with the cops," she said.
The incident remains under investigation.
